Mr. Francesco Mortelliti, Lawyer

Since 2002  he practices as lawyer working on Civil and Labour Law, Administrative and Criminal Administrative/Company and Business Law. He manages the Studio Legale Mortelliti activities in providing legal assistance to national companies, public administrations and private citizens.

2010 Law School - Harvard University, Cambridge (MA) USA  - He participates to the Executive Master of Business Law M.B.L. , "Tools for Preparing and Negotiating Effectively".

2010 ST. Gallen University (Swizerland) - He participates to the course "International Dispute Resolution Conference".

Since 2010 He is member of the International Bar Association (IBA).

2008 Fudan University Shanghai (China) in partnership with ST. Gallen University (Swizerland)- He participates to the Executive Master of Business Law M.B.L.   "Law and Business in China".

Since 2006  He is member, and then president (April 2010) of the Management Evaluation Committee at the Aterp of Reggio Calabria, with direct experience in elaborating and organizing actions and procedures for the measurement and strengthening of the Public Administration performance.

2005 University LUISS Guido Carli Roma, Italy – He participates to course in "Administrative Procedure Law".

2004 University of Wales - Wessex Institute of Technology of Southampton (UK)  - He achieves British academic title of Master of Philosophy discussing a thesis on technologies' law, "On-line Customer Profiling And Content Automation-marketing And Legal Issues".

Since 2003, member of the board for Informatics by the Bar of Reggio Calabria.

2000 and 2001 He worked as legal advisor at  "Altran", French multinational leader in technology consultancy.

1999 University of Messina , Italy - He graduates in Law  with a thesis on Private Comparative Law, "Sponsorship agreement in common law".
