He graduated in Law in 1999 at the 'University of Messina, discussing a thesis of comparative private law concerning "The sponsorship contract in common law systems." In 2000 he was winner of an international scholarship which enabled him to achieve, in 200, the British degree of Master of Philosophy, debating a research thesis in Information Technology Law called 'On-Line Customer Profiling and Content-Marketing Automation and Legal Issues ", at the Wessex Institute of Technology, Southampton (UK) . After an experience in 2000 and 2001 as legal consultant at the Turin site of the multinational french company "Altran", European leader in technology consulting, in 2002 he enrolled with the bar of Reggio Calabria. Since 2002 he practices as a lawyer in the court of Reggio Calabria, first at the legal practice directed by Mr G. Morabito, former president of the local Bar Association, where he worked, as well as civil law and labor, including administrative law and criminal administrative / commercial. Since 2003 he is member of the Information Technology Law Commission at the Bar of Reggio Calabria. Currently, he coordinates the activities of the Law Firm Mortelliti, looking after many enterprises of national importance, public administrations and private clients. |
